Key Positions (Ticketing Department Roles):

Token Operator/Ticket Operator : Assisting passengers with tokens, resolving Smart Card issues, and handling Token Vending Machines (TVMs).

Supervisor : A Metro Supervisor oversees the daily operations and maintenance of a transit station or construction project. Their core responsibilities include managing staff schedules, ensuring passenger safety, maintaining station equipment (like CCTV and escalators), resolving customer complaints, and ensuring all rail guidelines are met.
